TRAINING

The Power School provides class-based group training 7 days a week with a focus on speed, strength, and conditioning. Each class is open to all Power School members. The gym is filled with athletes of all ages and sports, making for a high energy and motivating atmosphere. We begin each class with a warm-up and then the athletes will complete a customized sport specific workout of the day in smaller groups or independently.

Together we all get better every single day!
